Medical Recruitment Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Medical Recruitment Manager
to lead the medical manpower and workforce planning function within a major healthcare organisation.
This key management position will oversee all aspects of medical recruitment and workforce planning for Consultants and NCHDs. The post holder will drive best practice HR processes, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and support senior management and clinical leadership in delivering a high-quality, well-resourced medical service.

Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: €59,419 – €77,243 (LSI) per annum, in line with HSE pay scales.
* Hours: 35 per week.
* Hybrid option – 1 day WFH after probation is successfully completed
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all medical staff.
* Develop and implement workforce and resourcing plans.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HSE policy, and EWTD/OWTA.
* Manage medical contracts, rosters, and employment control frameworks.
* Collaborate with senior management, clinical directors, and external stakeholders.
* Support induction, training, and professional development initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical workforce management.
* Strong HR, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of HSE recruitment processes and employment legislation.
* Experience managing change in a complex healthcare environment.
