**Project Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a proactive project coordinator to manage and coordinate customer-focused projects across our organization. This role is key to ensuring effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and timely delivery of agreed outputs.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency will be central to this position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in IT and CRM tools. An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills will also be required.

Responsibilities
* Adhere to quality, health and safety, and environmental processes
* Lead the team in performing chassis/frame replacements on light commercial vehicles
* Maintain quality standards while performing repetitive work
* Perform warranty repairs as required
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Applied Computing, or related field
* At least 2 years in an admin or customer operations role
* Proven ability to manage projects across multiple business units
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in IT and CRM tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
