We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Funds team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a leading investment funds team, advising domestic and international clients on structuring, establishment, and operation of fund products. The Associate will manage transactions from start to finish, draft and negotiate fund documentation, and review cross-jurisdictional transaction materials.
The role involves working with a broad client base such as international financial institutions, investment banks and asset management companies. The successful candidate will also be willing to engage in business development, and mentor junior members of the firm.
