This is a hands-on role managing multiple sites, teams, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across 20+ cleaning sites Carry out regular site audits and quality inspections Lead and support supervisors and site-based teams Participate in an on-call rota for operational issues Oversee reports, KPIs, and service performance Manage time & attendance, payroll inputs, and staff hours Ensure Health & Safety and operational compliance Resolve client issues quickly and professionally Support mobilisation of new sites and contract changes Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Experience in multi-site cleaning or facilities management Strong people management across multiple locations Hands-on auditing and compliance experience Knowledge of payroll, reporting, and operational admin Highly organised and detail-focused Confident, proactive leadership style Ability to work at pace and manage priorities What's on Offer €50,000 - €55,000 basic salary Monday to Friday working pattern Senior, hands-on operational role Opportunity to make a real impact Skills: cleaning manager multi site
