The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team by setting a great example, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure the team provides excellent customer service and shopping experiences.
Duties for a Counter Manager include:
* Management – Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained.
* Sales Goals – Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
* Brow services – Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training provided to become a Brow Expert!)
* Teamwork – Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
* Promotion and Events – Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
* Stock – Maintaining stock levels and reporting concerns promptly.
* Communication – Facilitating communication between store/department managers and area managers, maintaining open dialogue.
* Administration – Completing administrative tasks regularly and assisting with area manager admin when needed.
* Staff Rotas – Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping – Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic.
Counter Managers may work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
