Job Summary
* This role involves providing trusted security guidance to assigned clients and collaborating with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to identify and manage security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer timely and effective support during cybersecurity events through incident response services.
* Deliver best practices in cybersecurity to stakeholders of varying technical expertise levels.
* Troubleshoot security issues across diverse environments and lead the analysis of logs and security events to pinpoint vulnerabilities and threats.
* Create comprehensive security reports for customers and design educational content aimed at enhancing their security posture.
* Mentor junior team members and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives for Arctic Wolf’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.
