It is part of BCM Global, a prominent European independent mortgage, real estate, and commercial loan servicer expert in providing innovative financial services.BCMGlobal is part of LC Financial Holdings which is one of Europe's premier investors and managers of alternative credit, operating in 10 markets with 1,900 employees.What you'll doThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CMU Manager and Head of Shared Services to ensure the effective operation of CMU with the ultimate aim of ensuring all reporting and relationships are managed in line with the agreed strategic aim. On a day-to-day basis and in consultation with the CMU Manager, the CMU Analyst will ensure that all reporting, migration activity, remediation and ad hoc duties are completed under best practice guidelines by the team and work closely with our clients to ensure all asks are met. The role will involve working closely with the various stakeholders (internal and external) and communicating effectively with them. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate performance of these services in compliance with all regulatory requirements, best practice, and company policies and procedures.Position BCM as a client focused organisation and consistently demonstrate a customer focused mindset.Ensure implementation of internal controls is sufficient to effectively manage risk and minimise the potential for operational loss across the asset management department.Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction both internally and externallyMaintenance and delivery of accurate and robust MI for discussion and review with the client.Manage the IPD cash collections reports for each assigned portfolio and ensure all specified SLA's are met by team.Respond to inquiries regarding the specific portfolios in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction both internally and externally.Contribute positively towards team and department goals and deadlines and performing other duties and special projects as assigned.Identify and implement process and system efficienciesAssist with the on-boarding of new clients and ad hoc projects as they arise.Contribute positively towards team's goals and deadlines.Work with CMU Manager to develop strong working relationships locally and with colleagues in other locations to ensure that a seamless and best in class service is maintained by the unit.Implement all BCMG Compliance procedures across all activities.What You'll Bring (Experience & Skills)Essential:Third level qualification in Finance or a related discipline preferableAPA or QFA qualification desirable.Experience in banking/financial services industry.Delivery focused with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.Experience in reviewing loan and security documentation.Strong financial analysis skills, organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet and manage strict deadlines.Effective communicator, influencer and negotiator with an ability to communicate at all levels.Demonstrate an organised approach to work, and an ability to prioritise to ensure critical tasks are delivered accurately.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages must have advanced Excel.Desirable:Ability to work in a pressurised environment with regular deadlines.Pro-active approach to tasks and learning.Team Working as well as ability to work on own initiative.Customer Services.Communication & Negotiation.Performance Management.Results Focused.Attention to detail.What we offerThis role is offered on a 12-Month FTC basisA fair and inclusive recruitment process.A supportive and friendly work environment with talented colleagues.Competitive benefits including matched pension, life assurance, enhanced parental leave, and more.A flexible and blended working culture that supports your wellbeing and development.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, where everyone is valued and respected.The opportunity to be part of a growing business with ambitious plans and a strong market reputation.***We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
