Job Title: Sales Director
We are seeking an experienced sales director to lead our revenue, marketing and events strategy. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver the annual sales strategy and budget.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets.
* Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, client visits, and FAM trips.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
* Manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital marketing.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality sector (essential).
* Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality practices and revenue management.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
* Flexible to travel for business development and client engagement.
* Must have a valid driving licence.
* Experience with Hotsoft is an advantage.
