Revenue Growth Manager
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and enhancing hotel operations. Your primary objective is to source and win new business, both locally and globally, across all business segments.
* Collaborate with the Area Director of Sales to ensure sales objectives are achieved and aligned with the company's overall strategy
* Represent hotels at sales team meetings, internal and external customer-led events, and other relevant platforms
* Utilize CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools, and Solver to drive efficient ways of working
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to identify business trends
* Excellent organization and planning skills, with a results-driven approach
* Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships through account management and cross-selling
* 50% off F&B in all properties
* €/£60 employee rate on rooms for all owned hotels
