This pivotal role offers comprehensive administrative support within the HR department. As a key team member, you will provide day-to-day expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organisational development.



Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Head of HR in implementing strategic initiatives across the organisation.
* Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to screening CVs and scheduling department interviews.
* Prepare compliant HR-related documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
* Review and enhance onboarding and induction programs ensuring seamless integration for new hires.
