TRP Kilkenny are seeking a full time Assistant Parts Manager to join our team located Hebron Industrial Estate, Kilkenny, R95 K2PP.TRP Parts Ireland is the all-makes vehicle parts brand of DAF Trucks Ireland, providing parts, accessories & consumables for all commerical vehicles.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team representing a number of brands in the commercial vehicle industry.The Role:• Assist with the management of the day to day operations of a busy parts store in Kilkenny• Provide an efficient service to our customer base by accurately identifying vehicle parts using parts catalogues• Communicating with customers via phone, email & online channels• Identifying and sourcing commerical vehicle parts from our approved suppliers• Supporting national sales activities through collabaration with the parts management team• Assist with the implementation of programmes to optimise commercial vehicle parts sales for DAF, TRP & VDL through existing sales channels and identifying other channels to support our growth strategy• Maintaining a safe working environment for staff and visitors• Liaising with internal colleagues to deliver best in class service for our retail customers• Supporting team efforts to deliver strong Customer Satisfaction scoresCandidate RequirementsIdeally, candidates will have:• At least 4 years' experience working in a related parts sales environment• Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle parts business• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills• Self-motivation and being able to act on their own initiative• Focus on team-work and good communication with internal teams• Full clean driving Cat.
