IT Support Specialist - Dublin
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of the support function, you will provide day-to-day IT assistance across desktops, software, hardware and communication systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with desktop and server support including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. They should also be proficient in maintaining comms rooms replacing racks and managing server environments.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in IT support or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of network fundamentals UPS RAID performance monitoring and system administration
