Job Description:
Clinical Practice:
The postholder will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing and social care by ensuring that home policies are understood and practiced at all times. This includes conducting ward rounds, reviewing nursing documentation, identifying residents who require additional support or review.
Ensure that medication practices adhere to An Bord Altranais guidelines
(Excellent Leadership Skill Required), interacting daily with relatives on a professional level as required.
