Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Bon Secours Hospital Cork Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
This role carries responsibility for recruitment across Cork, Tralee, and our Care Village, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care by ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent.

The Role Partnering with managers across multiple sites to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Support onboarding and induction programmes to set new hires up for success.
Ensure compliance with employment law and recruitment policies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Bon Secours as an Employer of Choice.
Qualifications Essential: Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or above) in Human Resource Management or a related field; or QQI Level 5/6 qualification with substantial and relevant experience.
Desirable: CIPD qualification; Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field.
Experience: 3+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a complex multi department organisation.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements.
