About Your Role
Retail Artist, Arnotts Dublin – Part Time
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the heart of the in-store experience. Based on the shop floor, you will empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves by combining expert artistry with strong product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You will ensure the product is accessible to everybody and adapt your style to meet each customer’s needs.
As a Retail Artist you will
* You can work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI targets. You aim to exceed expectations and perform at your best.
* You build solid relationships with team members and management and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
* You champion world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience; you are a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador who shares knowledge with customers.
* You adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive success.
* You follow grooming standards and represent the brand’s image.
About you
* Ideally NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
* Some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
* A passion for disrupting perceptions of beauty and a love for Charlotte Tilbury products
* Experience applying makeup and the ability to tailor your approach to different customers
