Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Inventory Coordinator to lead the supply planning process for our Europe North region. This role will cover the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia, collaborating closely with colleagues in various regions and other key stakeholders to ensure tactical and strategic planning decisions are made effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Supply Planning stage of the monthly S&OP cycle.
* Facilitate Tactical Planning meetings, focusing on the 3-month service delivery horizon.
* Develop and manage supply plans using production performance, capacity models, and sales forecasts.
* Evaluate site loading and asset utilization to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with Operations to understand production trends, seasonality, and product transitions.
* Solve supply-demand imbalances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Liaise with stakeholders on labour planning, capex, intercompany flows, and production changes.
Requirements
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and data analysis.
