Job Description
The Senior Project Planner is responsible for coordinating the strategic planning, allocation, and optimization of program resources across large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive resource plans aligned with the approved project baseline and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate resource demand and capacity planning across multiple workstreams and phases to ensure optimal utilization.
* Monitor resource availability, constraints, and risks to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Preqrequisites include a minimum 10+ years of experience in resource management or similar fields within complex programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have proven experience working in integrated planning environments. Proficiency with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
