We are looking for a Store Manager to be based in our Edgeworthstown Emo - Daybreak service station
The successful candidate must have the following experience within a grocery store environment
* at least 2 years experience as STORE manager in a convenience Grocery store
* Forecourt Experience an Advantage
* must be strong people person with experience of dealing with staff
* a positive and energetic attitude
* Ability to lead and motivate
* strong organisational and interpersonal skills
* flexibility
* strong working knowledge of HACCP
Candidate must be committed to developing the store and working within set budgets.
* Directing and supervising activities within the store
* checking in deliveries
* ordering stock
* achieving targets
* working with your team and Musgrave to achieve high standard of customer excellent
Starting salary €40000 plus €6000 performance bonus
