* Manage a designated kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry).
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
* Ensure consistent portion control and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
* Train and supervise junior staff (Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistants).
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
* Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth service.
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef as required.
