Experiences, Programming & Partnerships Manager
We are looking for an Experiences, Programming & Partnerships Manager to shape and deliver Greece's most visible cultural, culinary, and creative experiences — and to support the expansion of our concepts across the UK and Ireland. This role covers flagship events such as DINE Athens, TASTE of Athens, STAY in Athens, and new platforms in theatre, visual arts, and design. You will take a leading role in curating content and programming, while also building strong networks and partnerships across hospitality, culture, and creative industries. You will ensure every experience is intentional, relevant, and memorable — from concept to execution — and that every collaboration reflects the creative vision and quality standards of TOPOSOPHY. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes their city’s food, culture, and creative scene, with a proven track record in bringing experiential concepts to life.
Responsibilities
Event Programming & Content Coordination
Maintain and update the event content calendar across all concepts
Coordinate and onboard participating venues (restaurants, hotels, theatres, galleries, etc.)
Support creative and marketing teams in shaping each event's concept and storytelling
Experience Design & Delivery
Design seamless audience journeys across formats (digital, physical, hybrid)
Shape key touchpoints, activations, and content in collaboration with internal teams
Translate concepts into practical formats that meet brand, audience, and partner goals
Lead on-site setup and execution, ensuring smooth delivery and audience satisfaction
Troubleshoot live issues and oversee quality control
Partnership & Participant Management
Act as lead point of contact for all participating venues and cultural partners
Build and manage strong relationships across the local creative and hospitality scene
Ensure partner offers and experiences align with event objectives and brand standards
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops
Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with production, design, content, and comms teams
Keep trackers, databases, and schedules organised and up to date
Support post-event evaluations, reporting, and lessons learned
Skills & Profile
5+ years' experience in event production, cultural programming, or experience design
Proven ability to deliver standout experiential concepts
Strong knowledge of food, arts, and cultural scenes in Greece (UK/Ireland knowledge is a plus)
Established network across creative, cultural, or hospitality sectors
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple partners and timelines with attention to detail
Good eye for quality, design, and storytelling
Fluent in Greek and English (additional European language is a plus)
