Instrumentation Specialist
Avoiding the confines of a traditional office setting, as an Instrumentation Specialist you will embark on a journey to provide technical support to clients in the Pharmaceutical & Biopharma sectors. Your mission is to ensure the optimal functioning of analytical laboratory instrumentation, troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.

About This Role:
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing top-notch service delivery support for all client on-site analytical laboratory instrumentation
* Managing daily functions with precision and efficiency
* Maintaining an impeccable quality of service that surpasses expectations
* Promoting the brand and service capabilities of the company through expert communication and relationship-building skills
* Identifying opportunities for service delivery improvement in collaboration with team leads
* Performing routine and non-routine PM/OQ and PQ to guarantee the highest level of instrument performance
* Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when necessary
* Offering support to fellow engineers when needed

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Science or Engineering
* A proven track record of cGxP experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in pharmaceutical analytical laboratories with chromatography, dissolution, and physical testing equipment
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities
* Ability to work autonomously within guidelines and directives
* Fully licensed Irish driver
