The Aircraft Leasing Contract Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the aviation finance firm's growth strategy by ensuring seamless contract management from initial mandate to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transaction support, reviewing commercial and financial terms, and overseeing time-sensitive contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing transaction support from initial mandate through to contract signing
* Reviewing and capturing key commercial and financial terms from executed documents
* Overseeing time-sensitive contractual obligations, including tracking option periods and delivery milestones
* Administering and monitoring bank instruments such as Letters of Credit
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate seamless delivery and return of aircraft
* Identifying and addressing potential transaction bottlenecks or closing challenges
* Negotiating and finalizing insurance terms within lease and financing documentation
* Maintaining oversight of airline insurance programs, including renewal schedules and tail cover
* Managing insurance claims and ensuring timely submission of supporting documentation
* Contributing to workflow optimization and participating in projects aimed at improving systems and operational efficiency
* Maintaining organized electronic records of executed agreements and related materials
* Participating in aircraft delivery or return events when on-site presence is required
To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior experience in aircraft leasing, deliveries, and contract management, as well as the ability to manage relationships across internal teams and external partners. A proven capability to oversee multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines is also essential. Experience or familiarity with aviation insurance or related risk areas would be considered an asset. Flexible approach with a willingness to travel as required to support business needs is necessary.
