Our client, a highly successful Irish technology, event management & marketing organisation, is expanding its Limerick city centre operation and has engaged us in CPL to hire a recent graduate level Client Support Executive to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job
As a key part of the customer & client support team, you will primarily be responsible for analysing commercial customer/client engagements across all markets & locations, updating client & CRM databases, analysing market & sales trends, planning product launches/events, researching potential customers, resolving product queries from existing customers, and assisting senior colleagues and management teams with their individual projects & needs.
Your Skills & Experience that we need
3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline.
Ideally 1+ years relevant experience or a marketing-focused co-op/work placement period.
Proficient in MS Office and office-management software.
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels.
The Offer
The role is a permanent position with a base salary depending on experience/qualifications, expected to be approximately €*****k.
This role is fully office-based in Limerick city centre, so candidates must be based in the region or willing to commute/relocate here.
Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.
