Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the standard of customer service and presentation in the unit

* Developing and maintaining excellent communication skills with Senior Management
">
* Providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
">
* Preparing and assisting with food preparation, setting up and merchandising the counters
">
* Developing an efficient cleaning schedule to ensure regular and systematic cleaning of equipment
">
* Monitoring and delivering HACCP programme
">
* Placing product orders with agreed suppliers and controlling waste in the unit
">
* Adhering to specifications, standards, and procedures
">
* Providing ongoing staff training by motivating and developing team members
">
* Planning and implementing an efficient work schedule for the restaurant
">
">
Requirements:
">
To apply for this role, you must have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar environment, as well as experience with and training on HACCP. You will also have:

* Experience managing a similar sized restaurant/corporate catering unit
">
* Experience and training on HACCP and Food Safety
">
* Advanced level of English combined with a professional and polite manner
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Flexibility to work 5 days over 7
