The Role:
As Branch Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's performance, leading a motivated team and ensuring every customer leaves inspired. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment while maximising sales, service, and operational excellence.
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, from visual merchandising to stock control
Motivate, train, and develop your team to meet and exceed targets
Maintain high standards across the store to reflect our premium brand positioning
Work closely with head office to implement new initiatives and drive local success
About You:
A confident and experienced Branch Manager or senior retail professional
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and developing teams
Passionate about interiors, lifestyle products, and customer satisfaction
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to make things happen
