Responsibilities
1. Liaise with all HODs daily to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
2. Manage all bookings.
3. Supervise Collins Bar and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and uphold the highest standards.
4. Maintain excellent internal and external customer service levels.
5. Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
6. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
7. Establish schedules, policies, and procedures.
8. Provide two-way communication and foster an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
9. Assist in daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
10. Ensure operational responsibility for service delivery and standards throughout the F&B building when on duty.
11. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
12. Interface regularly with customers to obtain feedback on quality, service, and satisfaction; respond effectively to guest problems and complaints.
13. Ensure service standards are upheld in the bar when on duty.
14. Ensure back-of-house areas are clean and properly maintained.
15. Handle complaints calmly and discreetly, ensuring complete service recovery.
16. Participate in and conduct training within the hotel.
