We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time HR Generalist to support our team during an exciting period of growth and development.
Role Overview
This part-time position (3 days per week) is offered on a 3–6 month contract and is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied workload, strong collaboration, and contributing to a positive, people-focused culture.
The role is based in our Palmerstown office with hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
General HR Support
* Provide day-to-day HR administration and departmental support.
* Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files (GDPR & HIQA).
* Support employee welfare, wellness, and health & safety activities.
* Develop, update, and manage HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with departmental goals, reporting, and data tracking.
Employee Relations
* Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance processes in line with company policy.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, including work permits.
Absence & Performance Management
* Support management of long-term and sporadic absence, including welfare meetings.
* Liaise with the Risk & Liability Manager on work-related injuries.
* Assist line managers with performance issues, probation reviews, and appraisals.
Training, Development & Onboarding
* Support induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Engagement & Retention
* Support the implementation of the retention strategy.
* Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding.
* Compile weekly and monthly employee trends and workforce data.
* Coordinate internal communications, employee forums, newsletters, and company events.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Proven HR Generalist experience.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
Desirable:
* HR qualification or CIPD membership.
* Experience in hospitality (preferred but not essential).

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficient written communication skills, including report writing.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
