Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets.
* Maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential accounts in Groupage, LTL and FTL modes, with a focus on Groupage.
* Engage in regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.
* Identify and pursue top-tier 'A+/A, B' size customers, building knowledge and rapport to secure inclusion in formal RFQs. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop tailored proposals offering value-added solutions.
* Share competitor insights and detailed feedback on issues impacting new business wins through regular dialogue with senior management.
* Establish and maintain open communication channels with the Land Business Unit regarding target accounts.
* Conduct regular joint service visits (JSVs) with product specialists and branch managers.
* Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers by implementing the Customer On-Board Process (COP), completing SOP requirements, and filing tariffs accurately.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in gaining new business and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets as a Land Business Development Hunter.
* At least 10 years of expertise in the Freight Forwarding industry.
* Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to identify and close major A+, A, B size new business opportunities.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
