The Quality Control Manager will oversee daily lab operations to ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
About the Role
* Lead a team of laboratory technicians and other staff in maintaining high-quality standards.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality control objectives.
* Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related science field.
* Minimum 5 years of quality control lab experience.
* Experience in supervisory or management role.
* Minimum 2 years of supervision experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in physical, chemical, and virological testing techniques and methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all QC activities are carried out in accordance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements. This will involve training and mentoring staff, coordinating with other departments, and analyzing data reports to identify areas for improvement.
