Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Galway for a Global Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, perform financial modeling, and provide comprehensive financial planning to support key business decisions. The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights for strategic initiatives. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, the manager will ensure efficient resource allocation and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Proficiency in Financial Modeling and ability to create accurate financial projections
Exceptional Analytical Skills and a strong background in Finance
Attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize and interpret complex financial information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration
Proficiency in financial tools and software, including advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly advantageous
Experience in a global or multinational company will be a plus
