Customer Onboarding Specialist Role

This is a hybrid role requiring regular commuting to our offices in Galway, Ireland.

You'll provide software training to our hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone.

You'll use an engaging and informative style to ensure our customers learn how to use our products and benefit from all its features.

We provide product and internal software training, and pair you with a seasoned buddy for mock training before customer training begins.

We require a fantastic attitude and passion for providing a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify customer requirements, identify set up needs, and prepare them for core product implementation.
* Deliver high-standard customer training on chosen SiteMinder products via digital communication platforms.
* Clearly communicate SiteMinder procedures to customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our customer service.
* Take ownership of customer problems and seek to resolve any issues.
* Drive customer projects forward, meeting objectives.


Your Qualifications:

* Fluent Language Skills: English and Spanish.
* Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing premium customer experiences.
* Tech-savvy with a sound knowledge of technology.
* Worked towards targets and are goal-oriented.
* Always think about the customer experience.
* Experience in hotel industry admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company is beneficial.
