This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive, discreet, and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. In addition to executive support, the role includes oversight of key office administration functions, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations at our North Dublin office.You will be a trusted partner to the Executive Team, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation and play a key role in enabling our leadership team to deliver on strategic priorities.Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer, Chief Finance Officer and other C-suite members, including complex calendar management, prioritisation of meetings, and gatekeeping responsibilities.Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board-level engagements.Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.Lead coordination of executive travel, including international itineraries, visa arrangements, and logistics.Support the Group CEO/ CFO in managing direct reports' processes (e.g., expenses, leave, performance reviews) and liaise with divisional CEOs as needed.Lead planning and logistics for internal and external events, including conferences and offsite meetings across multiple geographiesLiaise with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Office.Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices.Ad hoc support across the Group Finance and People & Culture departments.About You – Key Skills and Experience:Minimum 3–5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Experience with SAP and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.Project coordination or support experience is a plus.
