KPMG is developing a new Irish headquarters at Harcourt Square in Dublin, scheduled to open in late Summer 2026. This 345,000 sq. ft. sustainable development building will consolidate over 3,000 employees into a single vibrant location, featuring extensive collaboration spaces, state of the art training facilities, an Innovation Centre, a wellness suite and a rooftop garden.
Are you our next Senior Associate/Manager, Valuations Specialist?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Senior Associate
Contract type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group:

Professionally qualified or working towards a qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent
3–5 years relevant experience in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, audit, or a related financial advisory role.
Previous valuation experience would be very favourably looked upon.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex financial information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues

Supporting the delivery of valuation engagements across a broad range of purposes, including transaction support, financial reporting, tax, restructuring and strategic decision‑making
Preparing and reviewing detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, precedent transactions analyses and option pricing models
Undertaking financial analysis, market research and sector‑specific assessments to support valuation conclusions
Drafting high‑quality valuation reports and client deliverables in line with professional standards
Working closely with senior team members to manage engagements, meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outcomes for clients
Collaborating with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Audit and Tax to deliver integrated solutions
Building strong internal and external relationships, contributing to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team

Your team:
You will be joining KPMG Ireland’s Valuations team of 12 within Corporate Finance, part of our wider Deal Advisory practice. The team works with a diverse client base across multiple sectors, delivering independent, high‑quality valuation advice to support critical business decisions.
