About the Role
As a Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods nationwide.
* Primarily double decker deliveries with a focus on efficiency.
* Additionally, you will also engage in rigid truck deliveries as required.
You will work varying shifts, including evenings and nights. A valid Category CE driving license and digital tachograph card are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high volumes of pallets per load, adhering to operational standards.
* Minimizing delivery drops to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Returning trailers to designated yards after each run.
* Conducting thorough debriefings before the end of each shift.
Pallet handling and tail lift experience is crucial for this role.
With a strong emphasis on logistics and transportation expertise, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across the country.
