Clerk of Works A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to support a number of building projects in the Cork region. This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in overseeing construction quality and compliance on complex developments. Requirements A relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or an equivalent professional qualification or A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in a Clerk of Works or comparable role Proven experience working on building projects in Ireland Key Responsibilities Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Carry out regular site inspections and report on progress, workmanship, and compliance Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout the build Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the wider project team to resolve issues efficiently Identify potential construction or quality issues early and support their resolution Salary & Benefits Salary in the region of €75,000 €85,000, depending on experience Full benefits package included If you are a Clerk of Works considering your next career move, you are welcome to submit your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
