Job Vacancy: HRIS Data & Integration Analyst (FTC 18 months)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Department: Joint HR & IT (aligned with IT governance)
Reports to: Group PMO
Start Date: Ideally Q4 2025
Purpose of the Role
Volkswagen Group Ireland is seeking a skilled HRIS Data & Integration Analyst to support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors. This fixed-term contract role (18 months) will ensure smooth data migration, testing, and post-go-live alignment between local HR, IT, and VW Group central teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead local data migration activities including template management, cleansing, and validation across all mock cycles.
* Coordinate with VW Group central IT on interface requirements, system keys, and connection testing.
* Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation and defect resolution.
* Provide Tier 1 support for local system and data issues during the hypercare phase.
Additional Requirements
* Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution design.
* Experience in documenting business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
