We are currently looking for RELIEF CHEFS for temporary work in Tipperary and nearby areas. We are offering a flexible working arrangement with part-time and full-time work including weekends and weekdays, morning and evening shifts, to suit your availability and needs. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a busy kitchen and will have the ability to commute within Waterford and surrounding locations.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation
* Assist in stock management and quality control
* Practice high food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example
* Ensure SOPs and food safety control practices are adhered to at all times
Your profile:
* Minimum level 2 Chef qualification
* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in busy kitchen/catering environment
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
* Passion for food and exceptional service & with excellent communication skills
* Exceptional practical chef skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen
