Product Development Manager
This role is responsible for leading Research and Development teams in product development projects aligning with strategic business objectives.
The Product Development Manager will oversee global projects across multiple sites, requiring regular travel to key locations.
* Develop and manage project schedules, costs, and resources to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for clinical understanding and research new market needs.
* Take technical responsibility for Research and Development activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Optimize team processes and systems for quality and delivery.
* Maintain and improve engineering standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* 10 years' relevant experience in product development and management.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent mechanical design, materials aptitude, and understanding of engineering fundamentals.
* Knowledge of IP process and relevant ISO, EU, FDA medical device standards regulations.
