Accommodation Manager

As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and quality across all public areas, including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
* Monitor the standard of work to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
* Delegate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff, prioritizing efficiency and effective communication.
* Develop employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols and standard operating procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise in hospitality management.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
* Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed, showcasing a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the hotel's success.
