We are Euro Quality Cladding, a roofing and cladding specialist. Based in Naas, County Kildare.
Our mission is to provide high quality, durable and versatile roofing and cladding products to the entirety of Ireland.
We work closely with clients, architects, engineers and design teams, main contractors, specialist subcontractors and homeowners to provide the best roofing and cladding solutions.
With our range of products and expertise, we provide cladding solutions for a number of different sectors including agriculture, commercial, education, industry, healthcare, leisureand residential.

The key responsibilities of the Machinist role include:
* Perform the duties of a diligent production operative,
* Operate machines professionally (expert on the procedures and RA's),
* Ensuring mandatory skills are reached in a timely manner,
* Read and interpret technical fabrication drawings,
* Have good maths skills and ability to work to fine tolerances,
* Work effectively from work orders, prints, sketches, layout sheets, written or verbal instructions,
* Comply to all company policies, processes, procedures, work instructions either written or verbal,
* Responsible for high levels of inspection & quality,
* General production duties upon request,
* Responsibility for Health & Safety on all machines, factory and yard.
* Setting up machines to start a production cycle,
* Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines,
* Inspect manufactured parts with precision and measuring tools,
* Test operation of machines periodically,
* Training of less experienced operators (when necessary)
* Fix issues that might occur during the shift,
* Keep records of approved and defective units or final products,
Person Specification
Education, Training & Experience
* Leaving Certificate, with higher level education desirable.
* Experience in the construction industry and advantage.
* Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and 45001
* PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) Outlook beneficia.
* A technical degree is a plus.
Competencies:
* Proven experience as a machine operator
* Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
* Critical thinking
* Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
* Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics and manuals.
* Analytical skills
* Attention to detail
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Physical stamina and strength
