This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of a customer relationship management strategy.
About The Role:
We are creating a new role for a CRM professional to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and Aftersales departments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
* Design, implement and manage targeted CRM campaigns that drive performance and customer engagement.
* Work closely with teams to deliver initiatives that leverage customer insight data led decision making.
generates leads through strategic analysis of market intelligence information in order to build up business relationships with potential customers who can provide services like business consulting or financial services related to our target markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM software applications such as Salesforce.com or similar platforms along side skills that combine analytical thinking together great written communication abilities especially if they are familiar within industry so ideally around 5+ years total experience although education matters too e.g bachelors degree preferred while relevant certifications beneficial depending company standards set prior hiring decisions.
