Mechanical Supervisor Role
Leading providers of mechanical and electrical engineering services are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee projects across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client requirements are met, projects are completed on time, and the company secures repeat work with clients and maintains relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Agreeing project objectives
* Management of site teams and coordination of labour
* Managing project budgets and attending site meetings
* High level of contractual communication
* Risk assessments and method statements / Health & Safety system and procedures
Requirements:
* 5+ Years Experience
* Third Level Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma
* Proficiency in PC Skills
* Excellent Inter-personal Skills and Communication Skills
* Strong Engineering Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
* Strong Collaborative Skills with Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
* Proven Experience in an Engineering Role in a Mechanical & Electrical Environment
* Experience in Implementing Opportunities and Initiatives in a Time Restricted Schedule
