You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing operational activities, driving process maintenance and development, and ensuring seamless service delivery. If you have a knack for analysing data, preparing insightful reports, and managing complex projects, this could be your next big step!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading Operational Excellence: Oversee and enhance licensing processes, developing crucial documentation to support efficient operations.
* Strategic Case Management: Draft responses, manage turnaround times for cases, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* Driving Change & Innovation: Contribute to operational projects and change management initiatives, including the analysis and development of business system requirements.
* Ensuring Quality & Compliance: Implement quality checks and audits, manage contract oversight, and address any service delivery issues.
* Communicating with Impact: Prepare clear and concise responses to queries from industry, consumers, and official requests
* Building Relationships: Liaise with third parties and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.
* Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports and perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making and track performance.
What You'll Bring:
* A 3rd level degree is essential.
* A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in managing projects.
* Proven experience in analysing data and preparing comprehensive reports.
* Demonstrable experience in operational management, including process maintenance and development.
* Experience in overseeing service delivery, including managing communications and reporting across suppliers and reviewing associated budgets.
* A track record in complaint handling, from preliminary review to investigation and conclusion.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distil complex information for senior management.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.
