PE Global are delighted to be working with our client, a leading tier 1 Building and Fit Out Contractor, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor for a range of projects in the Dublin region.

Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis to prevent workplace accidents and hazards.
* Provide expert guidance and training to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead and support internal and external HSE audits, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
* Work closely with site managers, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a safe working environment.
* Maintain records and reports related to HSE performance, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant authorities.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
* Act as a key point of contact for all HSE-related matters, ensuring a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE advisory role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a high-risk industry.
* Degree or relevant qualification in Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety laws and regulations.
* NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications are highly desirable.
* Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
