As an essential member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and embedding high-quality, evidence-based nursing practice across the organisation.In this rewarding and influential position, you will lead quality improvement initiatives, coordinate education and training, and drive meaningful change in nursing practice. You will work closely with nursing, medical and allied health professionals, helping to ensure that care standards continuously evolve in line with best practice, regulatory requirements and the needs of those in our care.Your contribution will be integral to maintaining and advancing the high standards of care that define Marymount University Hospital & Hospice.
