They are currently looking to expand their team and add a
Logistics & Order Management Coordinator
on a full-time basis at their office in
North Cork city
.
This will be a
hybrid
role, 3 days in office and 2 from home.
You will assist in ensuring efficient and seamless operations across logistics, inventory management, customer support, data analysis and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the order process, including scheduling and deliveries.
Coordinate transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
Process customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Act as the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues related to orders, scheduling, and compliance.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to streamline operations.
Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, ensuring cost efficiency.
Track and report inventory updates and dispatch requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and transportation companies, overseeing daily schedules and delivery times.
Compile and analyse data on inventory, transportation, and costs.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for the sales team and leadership.
Requirements
2+ years experience in a logistics, inventory management or operations role.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with external stakeholders.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
