Quantity Surveyor - Capital Projects
About this role:
This is a temporary position working with a large public body on ongoing capital projects, providing professional quantity surveying services to ensure successful delivery of construction contracts.
To excel in this position, you should have expertise in financial management and contract administration. A degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification such as MRICS/MCIOB is required along with at least 3 years' experience managing capital projects and measured term building contracts.
* E-tendering processes.
* PQQ/ITT procurement procedures.
* Building Measured Term Contracts (GC Works).
n The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of PSA Schedules of Rates and Standard Method of Measurement for Quantity Surveying practice.
