Job Description:
Our clients, a lovely state-of-the-art nursing home in Cork, are hiring a Staff Nurse to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a warm and supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of the residents.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor and assess residents' health, and promptly address any changes or concerns.
5. Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families.
Required Qualifications:
1. Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI with full work permits.
2. Excellent patient care to a high standard.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Ability to work on own initiative.
