The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen in our Dublin office in a mid-level project management role, focused on delivering onboarding and transaction initiatives for clients in the aviation and financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in cross-border aircraft leasing, transaction documentation management and corporate governance for SPVs, combined with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive process optimisation and automation.The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to manage the implementation and continuous improvement of onboarding and transaction management processes for a diverse portfolio of clients involved in financing transactions. This role requires professional services experience in the aviation and financial services sectors with hands-on process management expertise combined with ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of day-to-day project delivery and process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of strategic initiatives set by senior leadership.Design and enhancement of onboarding processes and compliance tracking tools, driving automation and efficiency improvements in transaction management, company secretarial and compliance functions.Support in the drafting of internal firm-wide AML and file management policies.Develop and monitor KPIs for onboarding and transaction management processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Deliver training and contribute to firm-wide compliance initiatives, including the development of internal precedents, checklists, and compliance templates.Manage the delivery of onboarding and transaction execution services, building strong relationships with a varied portfolio of clients, including aviation SPVs and issuers of asset-backed securities.Identifying and implementing process improvements in billing, reconciliation, and reporting functions, strengthening internal controls and streamlining workflows.Conduct DD reviews for capturing and tracking ongoing transaction related obligations including on corporate records, contracts, and regulatory filings.Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of governance and compliance tracking systems for SPVs, helping to identify any gaps or issues in tools and processes used to track regulatory compliance obligations.Support adoption and accountability efforts by ensuring that relevant stakeholders are using the tracking systems correctly and consistently.Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, investment managers) to achieve client objectives.Uphold ethical standards and human rights principles across all areas of responsibility.RequirementsDegree in law, business, finance, or a closely related field.2–3 years' experience in financial services, with exposure to aviation finance, asset management, finance & investment sectors.Proficiency in financial administration, reporting, and process improvement, with a track record of delivering process enhancements through design and automation.Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement and automation.Experience in corporate secretarial functions and managing transaction execution for complex corporate transactions, especially in aviation leasing and asset-backed finance.Exposure to regulatory compliance and risk management, KYC/AML and due diligence.Strong understanding of corporate services, transaction management, and regulatory compliance monitoring systems.Highly proactive, able to work autonomously, make decisions, and use own initiative and judgement.Technical skills in MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with Practice Evolve, Relativity, and GEMS is an advantage.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesWhy us?Significant responsibility from day one, with full support from the management team.Coaching and training for continuous professional development.Competitive salary, pension, health insurance, and annual bonuses.Support for professional qualifications.Hybrid working options.Christmas bonus and discretionary annual bonus.Sports club allowance.Employee Wellbeing Programme, including wellness seminars, Employee Assistance Programme, and benefits promotions such as the Bike to Work Scheme.About UsAt Cafico International, we pride ourselves in empowering people to change the status quo.
