Summary of Role
In this role, you will:
Lead organisation-wide transformation programmes with a
strong focus on CRM delivery and optimisation

Own the business delivery of major CRM-led change initiatives, ensuring technology enables improved ways of working.
Shape and execute large-scale transformation programmes spanning systems, processes, and operating models.
Act as a senior delivery lead, aligning internal teams and external delivery partners around clear outcomes.
Embed effective change and adoption practices to ensure CRM solutions deliver long-term value.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the role:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of
CRM-focused transformation programmes
, from discovery and design through to implementation and post-go-live optimisation.
Act as the primary business owner for CRM initiatives, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs and strategic priorities.
Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to redesign processes enabled by CRM and related digital platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver system change, data migration, process redesign, and user adoption.
Develop and manage programme plans, milestones, governance, and dependencies across CRM and wider transformation work.
Identify and manage risks associated with CRM delivery, data quality, integration, and organisational readiness.
Ensure robust change management, communications, and training are in place to support CRM adoption.
Track benefits realisation and ensure CRM initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, insight, and service delivery.
Experience and Skills Required
Experience delivering key Technology Change programmes as a Programme Manager or similar.
Proven experience delivering CRM implementations, upgrades, or major CRM optimisation programmes or similar is a distinct advantage.
Significant experience leading business transformation, organisational change, or enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated success delivering complex programmes in multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of how CRM platforms support fundraising, services, case management, or customer engagement functions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
Strong programme governance, planning, and delivery capability.
A practical, outcomes-driven mindset with the confidence to lead through ambiguity.
